Mike Jones - Principal Dentist

Mike founded Hest Bank Dental Care with his wife Kate in 2001, which has since gone from strength to strength. He qualified with a Bachelor of dental surgery from the University of Wales, including a research project at the University of Amsterdam, and also has a Post Graduate Diploma from Bristol in advanced restorative and cosmetic dental techniques. Recently Mike has studied with the Royal College of Surgeons for Implantology and implant based crown and bridge work, and is an active member of the Association of Dental Implantologists.

Mike’s best accolade outside work is to be awarded a Golden Jubilee Medal from the Queen for long service to the First Response Team in his village. He also enjoys being active, including fell running, walking, biking and skiing. Mike also has a love of everything Italian - cars, food and wine - after his ancestry on his mum’s side.
