I feel as though I am treated with friendliness and respect by the whole team. I have been treated by several different dentists over aa couple of years and with one exception (no longer working in the practice) they have all been good. I rate nurses, hygienists and receptionists very highly and it is personnel who make the difference for me.

This was an emergency appointment, I rang at 8.30 and was seen at 9.30 before Christmas. I had a very sore gum and thought it was a gum infection which only antibiotics will cure. I wasn't seen by my usual dentist but he listened to me, cleaned around the area and gave me a prescription for some antibiotics. He suggested discussing this problem with my own dentist at the practice next time. He was kind and sympathetic.
