Pleasant waiting room and lovely hygienist who was gentle but thorough.

Before joining the practice in 2021 I was terrified of the dentist, upon mentioning Stuart I now have no fear of the dentist. This is why I made the choose to have dental implants at the practice.

The care I received during my appointment was exemplary. Jonathan is an absolute asset to the practice. His care is absolutely patient-centred, whilst ensuring it is delivered to a high standard. I have been fearful of dentists in the past, but this has gone thanks to Jonathan's care. He takes the time to address my concerns and questions, and explains things at the exact right level for me. The dental nurses during my appointment were also fantastic - very reassuring, caring and friendly. I couldn't recommend Hest Bank Dental Care highly enough and will be continuing as a patient with them for life.

Good service all round

Im due to have crowns fitted but I have a gold crown next to the ones that needed fixing. I asked some questions about the gold crown changing to a white one. Which I had fitted at hestbank dental clinic probably 30 years ago. I was happy with the outcome as my questions were answered superbly.

Just a check up and hygiene appointment so it was a pleasant enough experience as I don’t have any issues with my teeth.
